Energy First Aid: Course Overview
The healing journey is really the journey from the head to the heart, from inward to outward. We already have everything we need within us — we simply need to remember. Reclaim your energy!
To understand your energy, you must first bring your awareness back to your body. With a guided journey, you will explore how to soften and expand your breath, allowing you to be grounded in your body, be more present, and be more centered in your heart.
This class teaches you how to create a protective shield around you. With guided exercises, you will learn how build your protective shield, expand it to surround your entire body, move it around, and make it bigger or smaller. With practice, harnessing your protective shield becomes second nature — a habit you no longer need to think about.
You continuously exchange energy with people, places, critters, etc. all the time — even when you are asleep. The deeper your connection and attachments, the more you may be draining yourself. This class will teach you how to clear out other people's ‘stuff’ that you hold in your energy field, and keep all the energy that you unknowingly give away to others.
During this Integration Week, take time to fully integrate classes 1, 2 and 3.
Integrating these daily practices will allow your BodyMindSpirit to fully remember what it is like to be aligned with your soul's purpose.
